Privacy Policy for Figureland

This Privacy Policy applies to Figureland, a game with optional in-app purchases. The Application is developed and published by Ellvan Studios and is distributed through Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

Ellvan Studios does not operate Figureland user accounts or a developer-run backend database. We do not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share personal information through the Application.

In particular, Ellvan Studios does not collect through the Application:

email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or account credentials;
precise or approximate location;
contacts, photos, videos, or other personal files;
camera or microphone data;
advertising identifiers or unique device identifiers for tracking;
gameplay analytics, crash analytics, or behavioral tracking data; or
advertising or profiling data.

The Application does not contain advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. No Ellvan Studios account or sign-in is required.

You may enter an in-game player display name. It does not need to be your real name and is stored only on your device; it is not sent to Ellvan Studios.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Application stores gameplay information locally on your device so that its features work. This may include:

your player display name;
coins, crates, figure inventory, collection, and Figuredex progress;
room or Gallery placements and customisation;
your selected character, game settings, control preferences, and audio settings;
onboarding progress, first-play date, streaks, and playtime information;
battle and arcade results, cooldowns, and related progress;
access entitlements, such as the City Train Pass; and
Google Play product and purchase-token identifiers used to verify, restore, and avoid fulfilling the same purchase more than once.

This information is not sent to Ellvan Studios or used by Ellvan Studios to identify you.

Android backup. If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include the Application's local data in a backup associated with your Google account. This is controlled by your device and Google account settings. Ellvan Studios does not receive or control that backup.

3. Google Play and In-App Purchases

The Application is distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play Billing for optional products, including durable access entitlements and consumable known-figure crates.

Google may process information needed to complete and manage a transaction, such as purchase status, payment information, Google account and device information, and transaction identifiers, under Google's own privacy policy. Ellvan Studios does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank account details.

The Application receives limited purchase information from Google Play, such as the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token, and signature, as needed to verify, fulfil, and restore purchases. Purchase-token and entitlement information may be stored locally as described above.

The Application does not use Google Play Games, leaderboards, achievements, cloud saves, or Google advertising services.

4. Sharing and External Links

Figureland may let you choose to share game-related content using your device's share sheet, copy a link to the clipboard, or display a QR code. These actions occur only when you initiate them. The Application does not access your contacts or automatically upload your collection or room data to Ellvan Studios.

If you choose another app, service, or website as a sharing destination, that third party may process the information you share under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to Google Play or other external pages are likewise governed by the destination's privacy practices.

5. Device Permissions and Capabilities

The Application does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or media library.

The Android application includes internet and billing capabilities for Google Play distribution, purchase, and restoration flows, and may open links you select. These capabilities are not used by Ellvan Studios for analytics, advertising, profiling, or personal-data collection. Optional vibration or haptic feedback uses device capabilities without collecting personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

Figureland is designed as a family-friendly game. Ellvan Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users through the Application.

Because the Application has no Ellvan Studios accounts, advertising, social communication, analytics, or developer-operated personal-data collection, children cannot submit personal information to Ellvan Studios through the Application. Google Play purchases may be subject to parental approval, family payment settings, and other controls managed by Google and the device owner.

If you believe personal information has nevertheless been provided to us, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where applicable.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Ellvan Studios does not operate a server database containing Figureland user data and therefore does not retain personal information from the Application.

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until you:

use the Application's Clear All Data or reset feature;
clear the Application's storage in Android settings; or
uninstall the Application.

Clearing in-game data resets local collection, wallet, player name, progress, settings, and tutorials. Android backups may remain subject to your Google backup settings.

Google Play retains and manages purchase records according to Google's policies and legal obligations. Clearing local Application data does not cancel or refund a purchase or delete Google's purchase record, and eligible durable entitlements may be restored.

8. Data Security

Gameplay data is kept in the Application's local device storage. Since Ellvan Studios does not receive this data, it is protected primarily by the security controls of your device and operating system. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we encourage users to keep their device software and access controls up to date.

9. International Use and Legal Rights

The Application does not transfer personal information to Ellvan Studios or to an Ellvan Studios server. Any transaction information processed by Google is governed by Google's terms, privacy policy, and applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or COPPA. Because Ellvan Studios does not collect or hold personal information through the Application, we generally have no Figureland user record to access, correct, export, or delete. You may still contact us with any privacy question or request.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, legal requirements, or the services it uses. The updated policy will show a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be disclosed as required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
