Privacy Policy for Voxel Builder
This Privacy Policy applies to Voxel Builder, a free application with an optional one-time in-app purchase. The Application is developed and published by Ellvan Studios and is distributed through Google Play.
1. Information We Collect
Ellvan Studios does not collect, receive, track, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through the Application.
In particular, the Application does not collect:
- names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details;
- precise or approximate location;
- contacts, photos, videos, or other personal files;
- camera or microphone data;
- advertising identifiers or unique device identifiers;
- gameplay analytics, diagnostics, or behavioral tracking data; or
- advertising or profiling data.
The Application does not contain advertising, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or social features. No account or sign-in is required.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The Application stores gameplay information locally on your device so that its features work. This may include:
- saved voxel worlds and exported builds;
- unlocked or collected in-game content;
- custom stamps created in the Stamp Workshop;
- game settings and preferences; and
- a local cache of Premium entitlement status.
This gameplay information is not sent to Ellvan Studios or used to identify you. It remains in the Application's local storage unless you explicitly export a build. An exported build is saved only at your request and is handled by your device.
3. Google Play and In-App Purchases
The Application is distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play Billing to offer an optional one-time Premium purchase and to restore that purchase.
Google may process information needed to complete and manage a transaction, such as purchase status, payment information, and transaction identifiers, under Google's own privacy policy. Ellvan Studios does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank account details. The Application only needs to determine whether the Premium entitlement is active.

The Application does not use Google Play Games, leaderboards, achievements, cloud saves, or Google advertising services.
4. Device Permissions
The Application does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or media library.
The Android application includes internet and billing capabilities for Google Play distribution and the optional purchase flow. These capabilities are not used by Ellvan Studios for analytics, advertising, profiling, or collection of personal data.
5. Children's Privacy
Voxel Builder is family-friendly and is intended for a general audience that includes children under the age of 13. Ellvan Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
Because the Application has no accounts, advertising, social communication, analytics, or developer-operated personal-data collection, children cannot submit personal information to Ellvan Studios through the Application. If you believe that personal information has nevertheless been provided to us, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where applicable.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Ellvan Studios does not operate a server database containing Application user data and therefore does not retain personal information from the Application.
Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until you:
- delete individual saved worlds or custom stamps in the Application;
- use the reset options in Global Settings;
- clear the Application's storage in Android settings; or
- uninstall the Application.
Google Play retains and manages purchase records according to Google's policies and legal obligations. Removing local Application data does not delete Google's purchase record, which allows an eligible purchase to be restored.
7. Data Security
Gameplay data is kept in the Application's local device storage. Since Ellvan Studios does not receive this data, it is protected primarily by the security controls of your device and operating system. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we encourage users to keep their device software and access controls up to date.
8. International Use and Legal Rights
The Application does not transfer personal information to Ellvan Studios or to an Ellvan Studios server. Any transaction information processed by Google is governed by Google's terms, privacy policy, and applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or COPPA. Because Ellvan Studios does not collect or hold personal information through the Application, we generally have no Application user record to access, correct, export, or delete. You may still contact us with any privacy question or request.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, legal requirements, or the services it uses. The updated policy will show a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be disclosed as required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
