your device model and Android version;
the Figureland version shown by Google Play or Android App info;
the area or screen where the issue occurred;
a description of what happened and the steps that caused it; and
a screenshot or short screen recording, if possible.

Quick troubleshooting

If Figureland is not loading correctly, a scene appears empty, or controls or audio stop responding:

return to the Street, if the game allows you to;
fully close Figureland and open it again;
restart your device;
confirm that Figureland is updated through Google Play; and
make sure the device has sufficient free storage.

If the issue continues, contact us with the details listed above.

Purchases, access, and refunds

Figureland's Android purchases are handled by Google Play. A durable purchase, such as the City Train Pass, is checked and restored automatically when the game starts. If purchased access is not showing:

confirm that Google Play is using the account that made the purchase;
connect to the internet, fully close Figureland, and reopen it; and
allow a short time for a pending Google Play payment to be approved.

Known-figure crates are consumable products. After a completed purchase, the crate should appear in your in-game crate inventory. If it does not, do not repeat the purchase; restart the game and contact us.

For purchase support, include the Google Play order number beginning with GPA. Never email your password, full card number, bank details, or other payment credentials.

For a refund request, use Google Play's refund process.

Important: local progress. Your figures, crates, coins, battle progress, settings, and room placements are saved locally on your device. Using Clear All Data, clearing the app's Android storage, or uninstalling the app may remove that progress. Ellvan Studios does not currently operate a Figureland account or cloud-save service and cannot reconstruct deleted local progress. Google Play may still restore an eligible durable entitlement, but consumed crates and ordinary gameplay progress cannot be restored by Ellvan Studios.

Resetting Figureland

The Clear All Data option in Figureland's settings restarts the game and removes the locally saved collection, crate inventory, wallet, player name, battle progress, room placements, preferences, and tutorial state. Only use it when you intend to start again.

Resetting game data does not cancel a Google Play purchase or issue a refund.

Gameplay questions

New players receive complimentary starter crates in their crate inventory.
Figure challenges become available after collecting at least three figures.
Characters may enter a cooldown after a completed challenge.
The City entrance requires the City Train Pass.
